Unit Adaptations

As we’re getting your unit ready, we’d like to know if you require any adaptations to your unit.

While all private units have a basic fit out, if you’re choosing to bring your own equipment this could mean your unit might not support this just yet, either from a power supply or plumbing facilities perspective.

Once your contract has been signed, our Operations team will send over the Unit Adaptations pack, with instructions on what information we’ll need from you to make sure your unit will fit all requirements for your operation.

A preview pack for your site can be downloaded HERE for you to read through and prepare (in case you require adaptations to your unit)

Once your documents have been approved by our team, your dedicated site manager will get in touch with you to schedule your induction & move-in.

We recommend that you have a look at our induction pack ahead of your induction, so you know what to expect and can think of any relevant questions beforehand.

Know Your Business

We conduct a Know Your Business check (“KYB”) for each new partner.

This check helps us comply with our legal obligations to our real estate and financing partners.

To perform these checks, We have partnered with Lenkie Technologies, an FCA-registered digital finance platform based in London.

To complete the check, you’ll need to provide some basic information via Lenkie’s platform, including contact details, company information, and a bank connection via Open Banking.
