What’s your minimium lease term?

On our smaller kitchens (e.g. 170sqft) our minimum term is one-year with a six month break clause, whilst our larger CPU spaces (e.g. 600sqft) come with bespoke contract terms.

How quickly can a client move in?

In many cases, as fast as 2–4 weeks from signed agreement (subject to any bespoke fit-out).

What kitchen sizes do you offer?

Our private kitchens range in size from 170sqft to 300sqft.

What do you include and handle?
  • Core equipment such as combi ovens, extraction, cold storage, workbenches and freezer storage - plus maintenance and warranty

  • Utilities such as business rates, pest control and waste management

  • An on-site operations manager to assist with low level ops

What’s your pricing?

We’re more than a space provider. Which is why we provide equipment, utilities and operational support in our transparent, one-fee pricing - starting at £2,600 PCM.

How are your sites chosen?

We run proprietary analysis on the demographics, delivery market, and foodservice landscape of each potential location before we launch
