Our hybrid space 'The Concourse' offers you the functionality of a traditional commercial kitchen, and the customer experience of a food hall. We have one of these large central areas at each one of our sites that are accessible to the public - so your customers can enjoy your delicious food without taking it away.

We can connect you with one of supply partners who can configure and provide you with a collection POS. This can range from an order screen (shown on the right) to a handheld tablet.
