Our hybrid space 'The Concourse' offers you the functionality of a traditional commercial kitchen, and the customer experience of a food hall. We have one of these large central areas at each one of our sites that are accessible to the public - so your customers can enjoy your delicious food without taking it away.
Customer loyalty
We believe that customer experience is just as important as the food and that's why we provide 'The Concourse' (a face-to-face opportunity for you to meet your fans). We consider ourselves to be business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) - meaning it's our job to empower you to build fantastic relationships with your customers.
Install your own collection POS
We can connect you with one of supply partners who can configure and provide you with a collection POS. This can range from an order screen (shown on the right) to a handheld tablet. This option can be great for brands who have an existing following and who want to retain more profit by avoiding the commission fees that come with delivery platforms.
Tasting rooms
Rent an additional unit as bespoke tasting rooms. A great option for catering or manufacturing partners that are looking to impress!
